Fort of Sheopur

Located in Sheopur, the Fort of Sheopur dates back to 1026.

It was captured by Allauddin Khilji (1301), Sultan Mahmood Khilji of Malwa (1489) and Sher Shah Suri (1542).

Diwan-A-Aam and the Darbar Hall are the important features of the fort.
