The Fine Arts Society is a leading cultural and community service institution located at
Chembur in
Mumbai. The center promotes and encourages cultural activities and develops music, dance and other fine arts. The institution is affiliated to the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Maha Vidyalaya, a deemed University. The aim of the center is to establish and run academies, colleges, schools and classes for popularising education and awareness of the performing arts. The society also has a Community Hall, Art Plaza and an auditorium.
Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, 14 km from the city, is the nearest airport. Mumbai is a railhead for the Western and Central Railways. The city has regular trains to all parts of the country.
