Fatu La Pass lies on the eastern end of the
Zanskar range and is considered as the highest pass between
Leh and
Srinagar. It is located at an altitude of about 4,091 m above the sea level. From here one can have spectacular views of Zanskar Mountains and valleys.
Lamayuru Monastery is located nearby.
