Eight Haveli Complex is situated west of the fort at
Nawalgarh. These are filled with frescos which show the transition in painting styles through the periods. One of the paintings depicts a steam locomotive while another shows mammoth images of elephants, horses and camels.
Nawalgarh is 100 km from
Jaipur, on the
Sikar-Luharu line. From the railway station, tourists and other travelers can hire local vehicles to see this Havelis complex. Jaipur is the nearest airport that connects Nawalgarh with other major cities of the country by air.
