Eden Garden Ayurvedic Health Retreat

Eden Garden is a family run ayurvedic retreat near the Papanasam Beach in Varkala, about 35 km south of Kollam. Set in a peaceful location over looking paddy fields, it offers a range of treatments and programs promoting health and well being.

The center offers special varieties of oil massage developed by a combination of ayurvedic massage and the martial art Kalari. Among the various treatments are special joint massage, abhyangam, udvarthanam and general muscle relaxing massage.

Eden Garden is just 3 km from Varkala Railway Station. Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala, is 55 km north-west.
