Don Bosco Cathedral, the most beautiful and the biggest church in the north-east, is situated at
Shillong. It is an imposing example of Art-Deco, an architectural design that existed in the 1920s. This church is one of the main attractions of Shillong. Don Bosco Cathedral is only 2 km towards the south from the center of the town.
