Diju, 8 km to the west of North Lakhimpur, is in Lakhimpur District of Assam. It is bounded by Jaihing (2 km) and Siajuli (9 km) in the north, and Dulahatgaon (15 km) and Ulubari (12 km) in the south.
Ranga Reserve Forest is the nearby prime attraction. World’s largest river island, Majuli Island, is easily accessible from here.
