Dhurki is a
taluk headquarters town situated in the
Garhwa District of
Jharkhand. It is around 33 km south-west of
Garhwa, the administrative headquarters of the district. Dhurki is 140 km south-east of
Varanasi and 230 km north-west of
Ranchi, the state capital.
Sukhaldari is a beautiful waterfall located at Dhurki. The Radha Krishna Mandir at Nagar Untari (about 16 km north-east) is noted for its golden idol.
Nagar Untari Railway Station is the nearest rail junction. The closest airport is
Varanasi Airport.
