Dhrang is a small village in the extreme north-west of
Kutch District, in
Gujarat. The village is on the border to Pakistan and is about 40 km from
Bhuj, the district headquarters.
Dhrang is famous for its exquisite handicrafts, traditional objects, hand-printed and embroidered fabrics made and sold here. The annual Dhrang Fair held here during February-March at the Samadhi of Menkan Dada draws thousands of people from far and near.
