Dholi Nritya is one of the beautiful folk dance forms prevalent to
Gujarat. It was organized by the Dhol Players of
Chorwad. There are mainly three players in which the middle player dances with the drum and the other two supply the rhythmic beats in all variations.
Dholi Nritya starts with a slow tempo and then change to a faster. When all the three dance together the drums produce a thunderous rhythm. The stick is tied with which they lightly tone the movement of the feet with which they keep time. The audience will be fascinated by sheer tempo, rhythmic beats of the drums and fast footwork.
