Dhamma Nasika is centrally located at
Nasik, in
Maharashtra. The center aims to promote the practice of
Vipassana, one of India's most ancient meditation techniques. Vipassana is the practical spirit of the teachings of
Buddha, who taught Dhamma - the Universal Law of Nature.
Dhamma Nasika offers regular one day courses are available on first and third Sundays of every month. Courses are conducted for children between the age group of 8 to 12 years. The center also arranges accommodation facilities.
Dhamma Nasika is about 15 km west of Nasik Central Bus Station. Nasik Road Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
