Deogarh Fort is situated in the
Chhindwara District of
Madhya Pradesh. This fort is called the fort of gods, since the deities inside the fort have been worshipped for over 1500 years. This fort contains a gigantic black statue of Shantinath, a venerated Jain figure, who has the antelope as his symbol.
