Deepaladinne or Mound of lamps is an ancient Buddhist monument at
Amaravati in
Guntur of
Andhra Pradesh. It is the local name for the Mahastupa of Amaravati because Depaladinne was decorated with lit lamps during festivities. Though in a dilapidated condition, it is probably the largest in South India. Relics found from the mound have indicated its age as around 2000 years.
