This stupa is constructed at the place, where Dr B R Ambedkar converted thousands of Dalits to Buddhism in 1956. Every year, on the occasion of Ashok Vijaya Dashmi, a mass congregation of all the followers of Lord Buddha and Ambedkar gather here from all parts of the country.

Each storey of this architectural marvel can accommodate 5000 sages. The diameter and height of the dome is about 120 ft. Its 4000 sq ft hall is made of granites, marbles and Dhaulpur sandstone.
