Daundia Khera

Daundia Khera, also known as Sangrampur, is situated on the high banks of the Morahi (Naurahi) River, in Unnao District of Uttar Pradesh. It is about 5 km west of the Unnao-Dalmau road and 29 km south of Purwa.

According to legends, a Bais Rajput named Abhai Chand (13th century), after fighting a severe battle, succeeded in driving out the Bhars of the village. Since then, Daundia Khera has been a home for the Rajputs.
