Dahi Bhalle




Dahi Bhalle is a wonderful curd based Punjabi snack. It is prepared from Dahi (curd) and Bhalle (a doughnut shaped item made of ground pulses). This deep fried lentil cake, mixed with roasted ground cumin seed, black salt, and spices, in curd is usually served with imli (tamarind) chutney.
