Dachhan Valley is the most scenic and lesser-known valley in
Doda District of
Jammu and Kashmir.
Set amidst sylvan surroundings of wooded hills, it is a part of Marwah Niabat. The route for high mountains of Bramah, Vaishno, Mahesh and Sickle North originates from here. The valley is abundant with trout fish.
Mathralla, a gorgeous tourist spot in the valley, has springs and a rock statue of a cow. A national park is also located in this area.
Ziarat Zain-Shah-Sahib, Ziyarat of Farid-ud-Din Sahib and Athra Buja Devi Temple are some of the major tourist spots around Dachhan. Paddar, Marwah and Warwan valleys are nearby.
Kishtwar is the major town close to the valley. It is about 70 km north-east of Doda.
