D N R College was established in 1948 at
Bhimavaram. It was granted autonomous status by the
University Grants Commission in 1987.
The college imparts intermediate courses in arts and science; degree courses such as BA, BSc., BCom and BCA; post graduate courses such as MA, MSc, MCom, MBA and MCA; and 3 years and 5 years degree course in law. It has excellent infrastructure including well developed laboratories, auditorium, gymnasium, library and separate hostels for boys and girls. Besides, study centers are also organized which facilitate for distance education.
