Colvin Taluqdars' College
Established in 1892, Colvin Taluqdars' College is a residential educational institution founded by Sir Auckland Colvin, K.C.M.G., C.I.E. (then Lieutenant Governor of the Noth West Provinces). It prepares students for examinations conducted by the UttarPradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education, and the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examination conducted by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations. The College has modern science laboratories, well stocked library, and hostels. The curriculum involves co-curricular activities aimed to develop the skills of students. Admissions are conducted on the basis of an entrance test.
