Located in
Hyderabad, City Central Library (CCL) is the first fully automated library in the state. The collection includes about two lakh books, periodicals and other reading materials. There are separate sections for references, text books, children's books and periodicals.
The CCL strives to link the Andhra Pradesh State Wide Area Network for networking with other libraries such as British Library and Indo-American Center for International Studies. It has over 85 branches in the state.
