Church of St Joseph is situated 40 km from
Kundapura in
Karnataka. St Josephs Agricultural colony is run by the Church and this scheme was the brainchild of the Jesuits. The agricultural colony has 200 acres of agricultural land. The diocese is running an orphanage which started functioning in May 1960. The present Church and presbytery were inaugurated in February 2003. A Higher Primary school is also run by the Church.
