Chunawadh

Chunawadh is a town situated a few kilometers away to the south-west of the administrative headquarters, Ganganagar. This desert town is in Ganganagar District, near the India-Pakistan border. The nearest town is Tatarsar, around 2 km south.

Seventeen kilometers to the north is Mirzawala. Padampur is another town 18 km to the south of Chunawadh.

The prime tourist attraction is Archeological Museum.

Chunawadh lies on the road which connects Ganganagar with Raisinghnagar. The nearest railway station is Shri Ganganagar Railway Station. Indira Gandhi International Airport serves as the closest airport. Chandigarh Airport is the nearby domestic airport.
