Chorhat

Chorhat is a beautiful town on the shore of the Son River, in Sidhi District, Madhya Pradesh. It lies 27 km north-east of Rampur, 31 km east of Rewa and 32 km west of Sidhi.

Trips can be arranged to Mara Caves and Govind Ballabh Pant Sagar Lake at Sidhi, Chachai Falls and the ancient temples and 19th century palaces at Rewa, Sitapur and Govindhgarh.

Nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Rewa Railway Station and Satna Railway Station serve Chorhat.
