Chokkunahalli is a village close to
Kolar. The village has one of the largest statues of
Lord Ganesh in India, at the Chinmaya Sandeepany Temple. This statue is 10 m in height.
Kolar is well connected by rail and road with almost all the towns and cities in the State.
