Chokkadi


Chokkadi is a scenic and unpolluted village situated 1 km east from Katapadi in Udupi District. Situated on Udupi-Mangalore highway (NH-17), this lovely hamlet is famous for an ancient temple called Sri Mahalingeswara Temple which dates back to the 12th century.

The nearest railway station is at Udupi which is at a distance of 12 km.
