Chitraniketan Residency, an artist retreat, is located in a tranquil environment at the foothills of the Kunnumpara hills in Kovalam. Accommodation features four double bedrooms built in typical Kerala style. It can accommodate 8 to 10 artists. There is also large communal lounge cum workspace.
