Chirayyakot Bus Station is operated by Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC). Situated in Mau District, the town is on a highway. Regular buses are available from Chiraiya Court to Azamgarh, Mohammadabad and Mehnagar. Also, the station provides local services. It houses a booking and enquiry counter.
