Chiragh Dilli is a historic village located about 16 km from the
Indira Gandhi International Airport of
New Delhi. This is an urbanized village associated with a Sufi saint Sheikh Nasiruddin.
Folklore has it that the Sufi lighted a lamp using water here. The village got its name after this incident. Chiragh-I-Dilli's Dargah is the major point of attraction. Major tourist destinations of
