A shrimp cutlet dish of
West Bengal, Chingrir Chop is an easy snack to prepare. These cutlets are made of sauteed onions, ginger, garlic, cumin powder and cilantro leaves mixed in the chickpea flour along with fried shrimps. The dough is then rolled into small cutlets and fried in mustard oil. Potatoes are optional. Chingrir Chop tastes good with tomato sauce.
