Chikodi Adinath Temple

Located at Chikodi, the Adinath Temple is a very ancient religious shrine built in 1592. It enshrines the idol of Bhagwan Adinath in the semi-padmasana posture.

A 39 ft high manasthambha (a sacred pillar) is seen in front of the temple. Patashala, Shruta Bhandar and the muni nivas are situated nearby.

A Jain temple, built in 1972, dedicated to Bhagwan Parshwanath, is worth visiting.

Chikodi is about 72 km north of Belgaum. Chikodi Road Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
