A place associated with Sri Saibaba of
Shirdi, Chawadi is located at Shirdi town in
Ahmednagar District. It is 296 km northeast of
Mumbai.
Chawadi became popular as Sri Saibaba used to stay here every alternate night. Baba's photograph, his paduka (slippers) and satka are kept at a temple here. The chair (on which Baba used to rest) and the bed (on which Baba had his last bath) are also kept in this temple.
