Chashma Shahi Gardens, also known as Royal Spring, is the smallest among the
Mughal gardens, situated above the Nehru Memorial Park, in
Srinagar,
Jammu and Kashmir. Laid out in 1632, the garden measures 108 x 38 m.
The garden includes three terraces, an aqueduct, waterfalls and fountains laid right through the middle. Multiple kinds of fruit and flower plants can be found in this garden. The fresh water spring in the garden is believed to have medicinal properties.
The place offers magnificent views of the Dal Lake and the surrounding mountain ranges.
