Charduar




Charduar is a beautiful village in Sonitpur District of Assam. At an altitude of 600 ft, it is bounded by Rangapara in the west, Bhalukpung, Gohaintan, Karangania and Tangmaolia in the north, Balipara, Paniputa and Majar Chuk in the south and Kelangkania and Itakhola in the east. The village is famous for the Charduar Reserve Forest, an ideal place for tourists with its lush vegetation and scenic beauty. Rangapara North Railway Station is the nearest railway station. The nearest airport is at Tezpur.
