Chankamana, also known as the Jewel Walk, is a raised platform situated to the north of the Bodhi Temple at
Gaya. It is a sacred spot where the foot impression of
Buddha can be seen. It is believed that Buddha stayed there and decided to share the knowledge of peace, harmony, and better living with the world. There is a
Tibetan monastery with a large Dharma Chakra or the Wheel of Law. It is a major spot of tourist attraction for those visiting Bodhi Temple.
