Chang Celmo River

Chang Celmo River is one of the tributaries of the Shyok River. It is originated from a glacier on the western slopes of the Lanak La pass, which in turn is on the eastern border of Ladakh and Tibet.

Before it merges with the Shyok River, Chang Celmo River flows towards west along the northern base of a subsidiary range of the Karakoram.

This river is surrounded by snow-clad mountains. There is no human settlement in the area.
