Chanere

Chanere is located on the outskirts of Roha and falls en route to Murud, in Raigad District. It is about 18 km west of Kolad. Mumbai, the state capital, is 68 km north-west of Chanere.

Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, Tamhance Waterfall, Kondivli Beach, Dholwal Dam, Ghoshalgad Fort, Kolad Museum, Murud Beach and Kashid Beach are places of tourist interest accessible from Chanere.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and Pune Lohegaon Airport serve Chanere. Roha Railway Station is the nearest railway access point.
