Chandbibi Mahal is located 10 km from the city of
Ahmednagar. It is the tomb of Sultan Khan II, the famous minister of Murtaza Nazam Shah I. The building has an eight sided platform, angular holes, and a stone terrace built about twelve feet high and 100 yards broad. The tomb seems to rise majestically from the center of an octagon.
