Challakere

Challakere is a taluk headquarters in Chitradurga District of Karnataka. It is around 30 km east of Chitradurga, the district headquarters.

Challakere Railway Station is on Chitradurga-Bellary rail route. Bangalore International Airport is the nearest airport. State Highway 19 and State Highway 48 have routes through the town.
