Set at an elevation of 875 ft above sea level, Chak Preman is a scenic village in the western part of Jammu District. It is about 2 km from Rethana. Chak Preman is flanked by Bhalesar and Chak Bala on the western and eastern sides. Dablehar and Qadirpur are to the north and south.
