Chainpur

Chainpur is a small town in Kaimur District of Bihar. It is about 15 km east of Bhabhua, the district headquarters.

The mausoleum of Bakhtiar Khan, son-in-law of Sher Shah, is a major landmark here. A fort and a Hindu shrine are the other attractions in the town.

Nearest airport is at Gaya. Bhabhua Road Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
