Center For Overall Development, a non-governmental development organization, is located at Thamarassery in
Kozhikode District,
Kerala. It was established by the Diocese of Thamarassery in the year 1989. The center works with the two poor rural districts in the state of Kerala. Seminars, discussions, meeting and awareness programs are conducted for the upliftment of the rural people. The center aims at the overall development of the rural community through welfare programs and projects.
