Kerala. Bush'mans Hut is a novel concept which provides an opportunity for a tourist to live life the way a bushman does. Now into its third year of functioning, Bush'mans Hut also arranges comfortable and warm lodgings inside a `valavara' in the paddy fields. North Indian, Chinese and continental dishes are available. Authentic tribal food cooked exactly the same way as tribals do, without using artificial ingredients, is also served on request.
