Burla

Burla is located in Sambalpur District of Orissa and is about 30 km north-west of Sambalpur.

An education center of the district, Burla houses the Sambalpur University and has a number of engineering colleges and a medical college. Nearby attractions are the Hirakud Dam, Gandhi Minar and Nehru Minar.
