Broadway, contrarily to the name, is a narrow street running parallel to
Marine Drive, in
Kochi. It was a major commercial center of the yore before the emergence of
M G Road and Marine Drive as the modern day shopping hubs.
Broadway has many outlets selling clothes, footwears and spices. Jewelry, restaurants and banks constitute other commercial establishments. There is a market at its northern end. Convent Junction is a five-minute walk from Broadway.
