Bongaigaon Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (BRPL), incorporated as Government of India Undertaking on 1974, is the first refinery in the country integrated with a petrochemical complex at one location. It is situated at Dhaligaon, in
Bongaigaon District,
Assam. It is about 190 km west of
Guwahati, the state capital.
