Bittergourd Gojju




Bittergourd Gojju is a bitter, tangy dish, popular in many south Indian households, especially in Karnataka. Gojju is a light dish cooked in tamarind water with a choice of vegetables. Bitter gourd can be substituted with ladies-finger. It goes well with chappati or plain rice.
