Founded by the Madhya Kerala Diocese of the Church of South India in 1964, as a junior College providing facilities for the two year pre-degree Courses, the Bishop Moore College has grown in to a premier institution in the state, offering UG and PG courses in a wide array of disciplines. It strives to churn out a generation which is intellectually competent and morally upright so that the future of the nation rests safe on their shoulders.
Here students are admitted without any discrimination on the basis of religion. Special consideration is given to educationally backward and vulnerable sections of society in the matter of admissions.
