Bhoganandishwara Temple

Built in the 9th century in Nolamba style, Bhoganandiswara Temple at the foot of Nandi hills is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Besides Bhoganandishwara, the temple also enshrines Umamaheshwara and Arunachaleshwara. A big open mandapa in front of the temple reflects the Vijayanagara style of architecture.
