Bhaunti

Bhaunti is located towards the eastern part of Shivpuri District in Madhya Pradesh. It is a small settlement on the Karora – Picchore road, about 42 km east of Shivpuri and about 32 km north-east of Gora.

Hindu temples at Surwaya, Madhav National Park, Sakhya Sagar Lake and the royal chhatries at Shivpuri are the major tourist spots nearby.

Gwalior Airport and Shivpuri Railway Station serve Bhaunti.
