Bhatye Beach is located on the western coast of
Maharashtra in the background of the rugged Sahyadri mountain ranges. It is near
Ratnagiri, the biggest town in Konkan and the birth place of the freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak. Dotted with casuarinas, the beach is ideal for water sports. Swaroopanand Swami Ashram is a nearby attraction. Ratnagiri is 356 km South of
Mumbai.
